Gathered with international nuclear arms control experts and practitioners to address the present and emerging challenges to European Security and nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.
This one-day conference was open to the public and featured the President of Iceland, HE Mr. Guðni Th. Jóhannesson, Jon Wolfsthal, Senior Advisor of Global Zero, Mariana Budjeryn, Senior Research Associate at Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s Belfer Center, and Steve Miller, the Co-chair of the U.S. Pugwash Committee, among others.
The 2023 ACONA Conference took place on May 12 in Gróska Business Growth Center, Bjargargata 1, 102 Reykjavík, and online.
