Auður Birna Stefánsdóttir is a Project Manager at the Institute of International Affairs. She holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Iceland. Before starting work at the Institute of International Affairs Auður worked as a project manager at the Icelandic Human Rights Center and as a consultant at the Swedish and Norwegian Social Insurance Agency. Auður has been a part of the team at the Institute of International Affairs since 2016 and has been involved in diverse projects during that time. She has for example coordinate; a research project on refugees integration opportunities and challenges in Iceland, an edX course on intercultural competency in education, and is the project manager of the Arms Control Negotiation Academy (ACONA) to name a few.
