Auður Birna Stefánsdóttir is Program Manager at the Institute of International Affairs. She holds a B.A. degree in Anthropology and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Iceland. Before starting work at the Institute of International Affairs Auður worked as a project manager at the Icelandic Human Rights Center. Auður has been a part of the team at the Institute of International Affairs since 2016 and has been involved in diverse projects during that time. She has for example coordinate; a research project on refugees integration opportunities and challenges in Iceland, edX courses on intercultural competency in education and on small states and leadership, and is the project manager of the Arms Control Negotiation Academy (ACONA) to name a few.
