Anine Hagemann (PhD) is an academic and diplomat with broad experience in peacebuilding and conflict resolution and in-depth knowledge about Nordic peace and conflict engagements. She has worked in a number of conflict contexts, including as a diplomat and for the UN.
Anine is currently working as a Special Advisor in the Department of Multilateral Affairs at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to this, she was Acting Director of the Center for Resolution of International Conflicts (CRIC) at University of Copenhagen, her research focusing on peacekeeping and mediation. She is a board member of the peacebuilding NGO Conducive Space for Peace.
