Signe Marie Cold-Ravnkilde is Senior Researcher at the Danish Institute for International Studies. Based on long-term field work in West Africa’s Sahel region, Cold-Ravnkilde research centers on transnational security governance in the Sahel-region as well as how local conflicts link to processes of state formation and jihadist insurgency.
