Dr.philos Per Lægreid, is Professor emeritus in public administration and organization theory at the University of Bergen since 1992. His research focuses on central administration, administrative reform, management policy, institutional change and societal security and crisis management in a Norwegian, Nordic, and European perspective. He leads the work in data gathering and research on Norway.
