Greta Björk Gudmundsdottir is an Associate Professor at the Department of Teacher Education and School Research at the University of Oslo, Norway. Her research and development work are in the field of ICT in teaching and learning, digital competencies and digital responsibility of learners, teachers and student teachers. Gudmundsdottir has a PhD within education sciences with specialization in comparative and international education, in particular in Sub-Saharan Africa.
