Lára Hrönn holds a B.A. degree in Sociology and M.S. in Marketing and International Business from the University of Iceland (UI). From 2017 until autumn 2022 she served as Project Manager and later Acting Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Politics at UI. Lára Hrönn has vast experience in organizing events and conferences, assisting with political research, and editorial management of peer-reviewed journals. She is one of three main writers of the first UI Sustainability report that was published in December 2022. Lára Hrönn joined the Institute for Sustainability Studies at UI in September of 2022.
