Rannsóknasetri um smáríki við Háskóla Íslands hefur haldið Sumarskóla Smáríkja í Reykjavík 2024 og 2025, verkefni styrkt af Nordplus. Næsti Sumarskóli verður haldinn í ágúst 2026.

Evrópusambandið íhugar að banna flutning rússneskrar olíu á sjó, bannið næði til flutninga, trygginga, fjármögnunar og annarar tengdrar þjónustu. Í þessari grein grein er fjallað um hvernig slíkt bann á þjónustu gæti verið innleitt með árangursríkum hætti og hvernig mætti bregðar við mögulegum gagnaðgerðum Rússlands.
