US Elections: Opposing Views

In this open seminar two highly experienced political consultants, Scott Klug and Lawrence LaRocco, will offer their differing viewpoints of the Republican and Democratic presidential campaigns.

Scott Klug is the public affairs director at the national law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP. Previously, he served for eight years as a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin.

Larry LaRocco is the principal at LaRocco & Associates, Inc., a public affairs and government relations firm. Previously, LaRocco served in the U.S. House of Representatives from Idaho for two terms.

Moderator: Silja Bára Ómarsdóttir, Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Iceland.

US Ambassador Robert Cushman Barber will give opening remarks.

The seminar will be held in English and is open to all.
