Thursday May 24th the Institute of International Affairs participated in a full day exploratory workshop in Stavanger, Norway, on the Nordic and Baltic small states´ perceptions on security. The workshop is a part of a two year research project, in cooperation with research institutes and universities in the Nordic and Baltic countries. This is a 2 year project, funded by the joint committee of the Nordic research councils for the humanities and social sciences (NOS-HS). The workshop in Stavanger is the second of three workshops, which will be held over an 18-month period, focusing on economy, security and identity.
